How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time varies from product-to-product, and will generally take 7 – 14 days from date of payment and order confirmation. If you have not received your order within 30 business days (approximately six weeks) from date of payment and order confirmation, please contact us via the Contact Us page.
What are the metals used in the jewellery?
All jewellery has a base metal of either 14K or 18K gold, or 925 Sterling silver, or tungsten/carbide blend.
Unless specifically stated as 14K or 18K, all coloured metals used in the jewellery are either gold-plated (most
to 3 microns), or rhodium-plated. Please see here for the processes used to plate the metals
We understand that there are people who will react to silver or low percentage gold, so we have made sure that
we have identified which metals are used in each piece.
What are the stones in the jewellery made from?
We have chosen to use only Moissanite stones. We believe that Moissanite provides the simple elegance and dazzling appearance around which SaSiEl brand is based.
Why are the Moissanite stones all bezel set?
Bezel setting has proven to be the safest setting to protect stones in jewellery. Each stone is encased in it’s own ‘cradle’, minimising damage to the stone and providing increased safety and durability.
How do I know my size for rings and bracelets?
We have supplied sizing charts for your convenience – please see size charts above and follow the steps to find your size.
How do I care for my leather bag to make sure it stays as beautiful as the day I got it?
Leather needs to be cleaned and moisturised regularly. Leather care kits are available from most shoe shops and supermarkets.
