Delivery time varies from product-to-product and will generally take 7 – 14 days from date of payment and order confirmation.

If you have not received your order within 30 business days (approximately six weeks) from the date of payment and order confirmation,

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT

RETURNS

We have a 30-day (calendar days) return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need to send a photograph of the packaged item, plus the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info.sasiel@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will issue store credit and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please follow the steps laid out under the Returns section above.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take
some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

DAMAGES AND /OR ISSUES ON RECEIPT OF ITEMS

We strive to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, unfortunately there are stages of the shipping and delivery process we cannot
inspect.  Upon receipt of your order, please inspect your items and contact us immediately if any item/s is/are defective and/or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please send the following information to info.sasiel@gmail.com

  1. Photographs of defective / damaged / incorrect item/s with the packing slip that comes in your package
  2. Brief description of the defect and/or damage
  3. Your choice of refund or store credit if your return is accepted.

EXCEPTIONS and NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items.

We will not accept returns for items that have been used / worn, and/or Intentionally misused and damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
